RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on nensidojaka.com within 10 business days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Orders in the EU

Please contact customer@nensidojaka.co.uk.  Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.

Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier please notify in advance providing your order number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

Please visit returns portal and follow the instructions below. 

  1. Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order. 
  2. Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason. 
  3. Print the return label and securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging. 
  4. Attach the returns label to the outside of your package. 
  5. Please drop-off your parcel at any DHL Express point within the country where the package was initially delivered. To locate your nearest DHL Express points, go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code). 

All returns from outside the EU sent without Nensi Dojaka’s proforma invoice shall be refused.

ND Project Srl is the official worldwide distributor of the brand Nensi Dojaka. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as ND Project Srl.

Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customer@nensidojaka.co.uk. If the item is in our warehouse, we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different colour or style, please return it and place a new order.

REFUND

To be eligible for return merchandise must be returned in the full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

For orders outside of the EU, please be aware that if duties and taxes were not included in the product price, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are only collected on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Nensi Dojaka.

RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES – DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that if you are returning an item from outside the European Union, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred when the parcel re-enters the EU. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are not covered by Nensi Dojaka. Any such fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund. This policy aligns with standard practices followed by leading luxury brands and applies unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or error on our part. We strongly recommend checking with your local courier or customs office before initiating a return, and we are happy to assist with documentation to help minimize potential charges.
