Shipping Costs & Times

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 1st April, 1st May, 3rd May, 30th May, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Nensi Dojaka cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that orders above $2,500.00 shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Taxes and duties

We cover shipping duties on outbound orders. Customers are responsible for all duties associated with returned orders.

Refused delivery

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
